Hi all,

Ive been reading this site for a while, but I have never posted, so here goes! Ive tried to look for the information that i specifically want, though i cant find it with a search. Im a 24 year old Australian woman, who is studying nursing at the moment. I have been to Thailand a few times as i have a fair few Thai friends. Last time, i met a Thai man and fell in love with him. I plan to move back there when i finish my studies, so my questions is, would I be able to Nurse in Thailand?

Thanks all!

The answer to this is that a hospital will employ you but experience and the ability to speak thai is essential. The bottom line which put me off was that they pay about 20,000 baht for working 6 days a week for 12 hours a day-no wonder the NHS love asian nurses.you would be better off teaching english.
