I'm going to cancel as well. I rang them and they said it would cost 2,000 baht. (although i've had no copy contract so don't know if that it correct). Will probably just stop paying my monthly 962 baht and they can take it away when they are ready.

CTH or Cable Thai Holding (CTH) is a pay-TV operator and has the Thai broadcasting rights for the English Premier League (EPL).

They are providing what they said the would provide and that is the EPL games. I am happy with the service because I am getting what I paid for. as the only reason that I dropped True was to be able to watch the EPL. It seems that a lot of people are not satisfied with the CTH service, but I can't really see why?

I love my CTH get the footie and sky news that is what i wanted still have a true package so wife can watch life styles with both packages i pay more than 600 baht less that what i did with my originaln true subscription so i am very very happy

I'm not at all interested in either sport or non-English channels, so can anyone actually say what channels are broadcast in English on CTH satellite? In my building I have the option of opting out of Sophon for next year at the moment, and at 300B/month that would cover nearly half the cost of CTH.

Getting info out of CTH is like getting blood out of a stone.

And is that tiny little shop on Tai near BigC really their main office for Pattaya? I find it hard to believe.

They surely will and when they do they won't have a clue what to do with you! I went 2 months before I got my first bill and since then I've had 3 in the last 2 months all of which show I owe them about 4-5000 Baht even though I have already paid everything that is due. Phone calls made after the receipt of each bill all assure me that everything is in order and to just pay the current months instalment but can they correct the wrongly increasing outstanding balance. Can they *******!

Quite happy with the programs I get but their accounting system is not a thing of beauty!!

To the OP, sorry can't help you with how to cancel and I suspect it will be a long running saga if their billing department is anything to go by.

On their website it says this:

"Monthly fees.

Two options:1. Set-top box (STB) service charge: Bt125/month/STB for the period of the subscription or

2. A one-time deposit for the STB: Bt1,800/STB. The deposit will be returned on subscription cancellation, so long your subscription fees are fully paid-up and your subscription is at least six months in duration.

If you cancel your subscription within less than six months of installation, a penalty fee of Bt2,000 will be charged to your billing account."

Seems fairly straightforward to me.

As for how to cancel, presumably at the office or over the phone to the call centre.

Is there any Champions League ? No Rugby !

However I set my TV to record on Saturday and when I went to view the recording (5 hours) there were 4 games on the screen.

Maybe you have to click on the one you want when it is actually showing the games, (I set to record 10 mins before the game started and switched off).. I will try again this weekend.

Took ages to get my bill..nearly Baht4000, I had no idea of how/where to pay..but eventually did.

To cancel I think you just have to stop paying.

There are some (one) good channel for pre-school..Jim Jam Channel 166).The remainder leave me in dismay that there are

people on this planet who may watch them.

Did not know they had news, must check.

All in All it is cheap and a PIA to find out what is showing and when..who on earth "designed" that tedious concept on Stadium 6 ?

If it wasn't for the EPL I would watch PBS documentaries and YouTube my TV via the 'net. and give up on CTH.

I would gladly go back to True if they get EPL back.
