I'm currently having a wee bun fight with an Airline that didn't deliver what they promised.

I tried their complaint system and drew a brick wall.

So I went in search of some government muscle.

This site is only for Australian based Airlines ... though it might be of some assistance when all other doors seemed closed.

Thank you. On a related subject I am having a fight with a set 50 listed Thai property developer. I have now approached the office for the board of consumer protection at their office in the Chang wattana government complex, and so far am very impressed by their response.
