I nearly split my sides laughing. Just one and half years to get it down by 82000. But to be fair it looks as though it has risen due to fewer people leaving. Perhaps he should start making it more attractive for UK citizens with Thai spouses to leave the country, not that I don't get more depressed as each month passes and would love to leave.
