Looking to buy a low priced room in Bangkok

HI ,

I plan to buy a cheap freehold room in one of the older buildings in Bangkok.

Areas i interested in are Onnut,Lad prao,Ramkaheng,and Victoria monument.

Would anyone know some of these older buildings with these type of low end priced rooms for sale ?

Price range 350,000 to 600,000 BHT.

Can you buy an "apartment" type room for that amount in safe BKK area ? Even in a Thai name ?

or even a 20 year lease ?

Might be interesting to use when I am there and store my stuff when away

Safe is a relative term. Don't store stuff with total value over 5X the rental value.

The area you choose difficult to find a room with your budget. bangkok property is no longer cheaper. with your budget can buy other area such as safari world, bunburi, ram inthra so on. in those areas you may able to find a room as low as from 250000 -300000. if you are still interested email at [email protected]
