Did you ever travel to Tokyo and only find out in hindsight that you missed out on seeing the conga lines that local sumo wrestlers make far from tourists’ eyes?

Whether it is sports news or anything else, you can become a local with Circles, a free social networking app available for smartphones.

The app feeds you with information depending on where you are.

It shows which roads are jammed around you and where sport events, demonstrations and other events are happening.

The news is partly taken from local media and partly from posts by network users themselves.

Circles is new in Cambodia but recently more people have started using it.

Outside Cambodia, each month more than a million people join Circles for real-time information and conversation about nearby crime, traffic, parties, family and more.
