Less than half of what they are asking IMO.

I hate everything about rubber farms, they disgust me.

I would cut everyone of them down except a few that I wanted for shade.

Working a rubber farm is the lowest level of farming possible, farming worms and slugs is much higher class and far more respectable. you can smell someone that farms rubber from far away, they always look worse than they smell. the rubber workers house usually looks like a trash dump, rubber farms are already the ugliest farms on earth.
