pinkpanther99
This year is the first time I'll be cooking turkey in Thailand or anywhere else for that matter. I'm going to keep things as simple as possible and I have decided to follow this recipe from Gordon Ramsay, looks very easy! DGIE
I am swallowing my saliva to what you are talking guys! I heard from my friend, a seaman captain, that turkey is their favorite animal meat. It must be delicious.

bourbonstbkk
We are Deep Frying most of our turkeys, dozens of them, after we inject a butter and pepper sauce inside close to the joints. Also have Cornbread and Andouille Sausage Dressing to go with it along with 50 other items. Deep Fried Turkey is the only way to go.
bangarang
I always stab with a knife many times then rub butter/margarine all over then squeeze some fresh lemon juice on top. Sprinkle with some seasoned pepper and add some onion slices on top. Let sit in a chicken broth and bake. I put tinfoil to cover but the last 45 min I leave uncovered to give a little crispiness to it. Also works with the cheaper 140thb whole chickens too. Very delicious. Estrada
After hours of trying to reason with the turkey, I chickened out. Merry Christmas.

XDoodlebugger
#1 way is to deep fry the entire bird, rubbed with Cajun spices and injected with a garlic butter sauce it is incredibly good. #2 a smoked bird is also very good. Dipping mine in boiling hot peanut oil tomorrow!

Anyone ever seen them? . Hello All, thaipod, The Mall(Hypermart) in Korat has, I be leave to be breast sections of the bird, about 1/3 the size of a full bird. I just glanced at the price, I think it was over Bt.800. rice555
