In the UK I ran my own music school

I am currently teaching at a school in Thailand

I would like to set up a music school in Chiang mai. A small school that opens in the evening and at weekends

What would the first steps be?

If I have the start up money and found a suitable venue

Can I work at the school in the day and run the music school in the evenings

I have a work permit for the daytime school

Can i set up a business and still work at my current school?

you need a new company and a new wp

you cant teach but supervise

alot of headaches..

so...

I can keep my job at my current school and hire foreign teachers and thai's to work at the music school

I would be happy just being the owner and allowing my girlfriend to run it

sure but i think the ratio is 3-4 thai employees = one wp..
