britpop Posted January 6, 2014 Share Posted January 6, 2014 Recently just bought a house, i took over the Thai company that come with the house, had it audited, changed the share holders, so 100% safe, meaning the company and house, the only down side is the yearly accounts and the property tax, who's the best, but cheapest accountants to do the yearly accounts, the accountant firm doing the accounts for the old owner charged 22,000B, i've heard 15,000B is about the norm, but i've no idea where these firms are, someone recommenced a firm beside the caltex garage in kathu, Any recommendations please!!!!! If you hand over a binder with all the paperwork then your local accountant will sort and make the annual report. Then pass on to the a chartered account for the certified audit.
