You're referring to the early version Ace, which was indeed a rebadged Disco series 1.

This car is based on the previous HRV Honda I think. A different vehicle altogether, though with the same name.

Sorry. Confused. Is honda affiliated with land rover? Cos I saw HONDA on the car, but didn't see the model name. It wasn't a land rover I'm sure.
