Visa Renewal

Featured Replies

My current 15 months on a non immigrant visa is nearly up

Am I right in thinking when I'm back in the uk shortly I can reapply for a new yr visa from Liverpool straight away ?

I.e i don't have to wait 6 months before returning do i ?

Also I've only got 7 pages left in my passport. Is that enough for my next yearly visa or is it worth getting a new passport just in case?

They have been known to skip a few pages sometimes !

Any advice would be much appreciated

Thanks

You can apply for a new visa without any problem. The pages needed will depend on your travel plans, but should be OK. You cna always point out the pages without stamps.

You will need to careful where you go for your visa runs if you do not get a new passport. Malaysia is an option with small stamps and can use a e-Visa for Cambodia that will gain only and entry and exit stamp.
