I found it in an old lady's back yard in Isaan.

Asked her what it's for but she had no idea......asked other people also, nobody seems to know.

Quite rusty and looks to me like a guillotine of some kind.

I looked under garden scissors but can't find anything similar.

The length is 16cm.

If anybody has an idea, please, share it with us.
