Natthawat Srithongpech (Investigation officer of Pattaya city police station, Chonburi province) was notified by a female vendor that she had apprehended A foreign man that stole her property at Mike department store, Pattaya second road, Moo 10 Tambon Nong Prue, Amphur Banglamung, Chonburi province, so he rushed to the scene to investigate further. After questioning the thief he was identified as a Mr. Malinovskii Viacheslav, aged 25, Russian nationality with exhibit 1 iPod in his possession. The police then questioned Ms. Duangjan Kuangkhunthod, aged 20, who is the vendor and she said that Mr. Malinovskii Viacheslav had come to buy goods at her shop and while she was calculating the total prices of the goods he took the opportunity to grab her iPod and walked out from the shop without buying any goods. Most of "Municipal" Pattaya and Jomtien is in Moo 10 with a Post Code of 20150. And all of Tambon Nongprue is in Amphor Banglamung. and all of Amphor Banglamung is in Chonburi Province. Not to be confused with Chonburi City, and Banglamung City.
