MX at Si Racha

Hi everyone , i will be going to the Motorcross GP at Si Racha on march 7/8/9 , and thinkin of stayin at Pattaya .

Will/is there (be) transport from Pattaya to the track (Si Racha) ?

Good question but i guess it s only an industrial site with nothing to do ..... and Pattaya is only like 30 to 40 km away .

Si Racha town is quite a nice place, with a bit of a Japanese feel to it due to the large number of Japanese expats who live there.

In theory you can get to/from Pattaya/Si Racha on the white bahtbuses, but they might be slow. Quite a few big buses also go that way. I suppose it might take up to an hour on one of those, depending on traffic. But your real problem may be that the motocross place seems to be quite a long way away from Sukumvit and on the opposite side to the town. So I have no idea how you would do the last leg of your journey. Motorbike taxi? Local bahtbus?

Perhaps you could contact one of the Pattaya motorbike riders clubs as they may be organising special transport?
