HI

I have been living on Double entry TV'S since March, 2012.( All from Savanakhet ) Now I hear that they're cracking down on TV'S. I plan to be a teacher in May of 2014 and have been accepted by the school. Will I be ok to get another 2 entry TV or will I have a problem. I like to tell you I was a teacher on a Non B for four years and then stopped in 2012 and just wanted to take time and enjoy the sights and sounds of Thailand. I had already applied for a 60 ext. based on my son.

Now I plan to work again but my current TV expires 2nd Feb.

The other option is I have a young boy 17 months old and not married can I apply for a O visa. WE stay in a nice big apartment. Can I apply for a O visa if I show I have a birth certificate with me listed as the father. My girlfriends ID CARD ( copy signed and dated ). Can I ask my land lady for letter of residence to show proof we live there or not. am I missing anything? How long will the O VISA give me and can it be extended?

Thank for your help and Happy New Year to you all.....
