anyone use a Pantech Element WATERPROOF Tablet

they are 8 inch tablets sold by AT+T in the USA

They are waterproof....a little ....you can get them wet and even dunk them in the pool !

nice thing is they have a Sim card slot , 2 cameras , GPS and a mini-Sd card slot

and are selling for less than $100 used on Ebay

But how do they work in Thailand ?
