Does anyone now if .I Can i still rent a cheap bungalow at koh samui or koh phangan??

Have not been there in fifteen years.

There a still some places but not many, what do you consider cheap? Or what is your budget & for how long?

How long did you want to stay? Whats your idea of cheap? On Koh Phangan there are still quite a few of the older places renting out rooms: about 200 baht a night.
