Question on non-immigrant O visa based on marriage

Sorry my English is not my first languets Danish is my first

1 When we arrived to Thailand can we go the first week to the immigration (this time we only stay 7 weeks) and get extension of stay for 1 year

2 Can we get Re-entry permit on a 3 month non-immigrant O visa marriage (we want to go back to close every thing down in Denmark before we go and live in Thailand

We have house 10 years in Ban Thae Rae near Sakon Nakohn I have yellow house book and Thai driver licenses in the last 10 years we have come 2 time a year to Ban Thae Rae

1. Did you already do number one or are you going to do it when come back.

2. You can get a re-entry permit for your 90 day entry that will keep your permit to stay valid.

If you live in Sakon Nakohn province you will use the immigration office there.

We go to Thailand Marts and open Bank account for me and put 400.000 Baht and in December we have holyday 7 weeks we well go to immigration Sakon Nakohn I did not now (goggle: open in 2009) ask for extension marriage of stay for 1 year
