Due to this circumstance I am ready to assign my contract to any other person. Unit is brand new, approximately 35 sq.m., located on 7th floor in newly lunched condominium. It has fully equipped kitchen which comes with the oven, microwave, hob, hood, boiler, refrigerator, washing machine (!!!) and many other useful things. 32' LCD TV, 2 A\C units, big bad, sofa, hi-speed Internet and water heater are provided. Condominium facilities include infinity swimming pool, gym, covered parking, key-card access, 24 hours security, Jacuzzi, restaurant, etc. Central Festival, Tesco, Big C and many other shops are situated near by, just a few minutes drive from Patong beach. Contract: 22.01.2014-21.01.2015, 14,000 Baht per month, 14,000 Baht deposit. Short term rent is discussable.
