Do you know of any housing development links for the areas ? I'd be interested in developments with new houses in the 1-3 million baht range. Thanks in advance.

You can always look around the margins of ThaiVisa pages for commercial spots (they rotate).

Just this week, there's a home show in the new mall, and they're giving out brochures. If you send me an address, I'll mail you some brochures on a slow boat to Japan.

There's not much around 1 million baht in price; lots around 3 million and up. The most advertised new development, Las Tortugas ("Mexican Carribean style"), about 15 km south of town on the beach, start at 3 million.
