A bit of a story,but went to Vientienne 10 days ago with a few thai friends,bought my normal winter stock of Wild Turkey 8yr old,departed 2 or 3 Km down the rd,suddenly surounded by 4 cars and serious looking dudes,Customs and Excise people fro Nong khai,all ok,they must have been a bit bored that day,counted 8 bottles,4 people with me,I didnt bother to tell them they can now delete all the photo's they took.Just pleased we could continue,no further hassle !!
