February 11, 201412 yr Of course there are no Cambodian troops in Thailand. Too busy knocking heads of demonstrators right here in Cambodia.
February 11, 201412 yr Great. I feel so much better now knowing that Tea Banh and Yuthasak are on the case . It's a well known fact there were several vans enter Bangkok with cambodian license plates escorted by the police transporting men. Just ask the top Navy chief , he put several warnings out demanding answers on this issue.

February 11, 201412 yr Author Cambodian Military 'Disturbed' By Mercenary RumourBy Khaosod EnglishGunmen allied to anti-government protesters during a gunbattle on 1 February 2014. Protest leaders claim they acted in self-defence against Cambodian mercenaries.BANGKOK: -- Cambodian minister of defence has voiced his concern over rumours that Cambodian mercenaries are behind political violence in Thailand, an official said. The rumours were primarily circulated by anti-government protest leaders, claiming that Thai authorities have hired Cambodian gunmen to launch attacks on protest rally sites in recent months.A commander in the Royal Thai Navy also echoed the rumour by telling the press last month that "10 truckloads" of Cambodian militants have infiltrated the Thai borders to cause chaos in the kingdom. But Col. Paphathip Sawangsaeng, spokesperson of the Ministry of Defence, said Gen. Tea Banh, the Cambodian Minister of National Defence, has personally told the Thai delegates at 2014 Singapore Airshow that the rumour is baseless.Among the Thai delegates who attended the event was Gen. Yutthasak Sasiprapa the Thai Defence Minister.According to Col Paphathip, Gen. Bahn informed Gen. Yutthasak that he felt uncomfortable with the issue, as he fears that it may affect the good relationship between Thailand and Cambodia. The Cambodian military has insisted that they are not aware of any Cambodian military officer crossing the border to join the protest, Gen. Bahn reportedly told his Thai counterpart.Gen. Bahn stressed that any Cambodian officer found guilty of intruding into the Thai political situation would face maximum penalty, in order to show the Cambodian government′s appreciation for the relationship between the two nations, Col. Paphathip said. The spokesman added that police officers, who have closely observed the protests and set up checkpoints around protest sites, reported no finding of any Cambodian militants.“Based on these facts, we have not seen any intervention from the Cambodian military in Thai politics”, Col Paphathip added.Source: http://www.khaosod.co.th/en/view_newsonline.php?newsid=TVRNNU1qRXhNalU1T0E9PQ== -- Khaosod English 2014-02-11
February 11, 201412 yr .................The Cambodian military has insisted that they are not aware of any Cambodian military officer crossing the border to join the protest, Gen. Bahn reportedly told his Thai counterpart............... Not aware means there are definitely not any?
February 11, 201412 yr Great. I feel so much better now knowing that Tea Banh and Yuthasak are on the case . It's a well known fact there were several vans enter Bangkok with cambodian license plates escorted by the police transporting men. Just ask the top Navy chief , he put several warnings out demanding answers on this issue. It's not a well known fact. It's a much publicized assertion.
February 11, 201412 yr the above article just said - there is no Cambodian militant was formally sent to Thailand and involved in the Thai politics in UNIFORM. a nice way of denying responsibility.
February 11, 201412 yr Oh no, does that mean Suthep is a liar? Translated 'They were there 2 weeks ago but since the general public were made aware of them we had to have them come home, they are not there NOW...'
February 11, 201412 yr The only time Cambodian involvement was ever mentioned, it was stated that they were 'militants' not 'military'. So we have had an official confirmation that they were not officially military..... so what about militants? Do you have an official militant register? So really....... No news here.
February 11, 201412 yr "The spokesman added that police officers, who have closely observed the protests and set up checkpoints around protest sites, reported no finding of any Cambodian militants." 'Ello 'ello 'ello. What's going on 'ere then, eh? Many sorries, officer, no speak Thai. I from Sihan ooooo I mean Saigon..... 'Ere. You're not one of them Cambodian militants are you? No, officer. I sniperrrrrrrrr....I mean snapshot taker... Oh. That's OK then. 'Ere, let me 'elp you carry that big gun you've got there, sir.....
February 11, 201412 yr Even when the protesters pretend there are Cambodians in Thailand, they don't think it's true. This is just a game between Thais and Thais. Just rhetoric. We all need Cambodians some times. Cambodians were spotted at Dallas in Nov. 1963. Hitler was from a Cambodian family. And KKK means Klux Klux Khmer. ThaiVisa, c'est aussi en français ThaiVisa, it's also in French
February 12, 201412 yr BTW ,,,,, Tea Banh is Thai/Chinese. And has a somewhat notorious history in Cambodia. I would take what he says with a grain of salt. Edited February 12, 201412 yr by rogerdee123
