Will need to rent an apartment for 1 month from April 1until May 1 for me and my wife. She will be having surgery and will be recouping for 7 days during the visit and we will be in Phuket for a week scuba diving prior to that.

I would like to find a large studio or 1 br close to a BTS or MRT station and shopping. Would prefer non smoking and very clean with pool and gym and washer/dryer in building. I can live without the gym as long as there is one close by I can get a short term membership.

I may rent a scooter so somewhere safe to park it would be nice.
