Hi. A question came up in the motoring forum as to whether a 1 year temporary license was in fact a provisional license like most of us are familiar with back home. Provisional in the sense that it has restrictions on the driver. I know a Thai 1 year licenses don't have restrictions. I am just curious what a native or fluent Thai speaker would make of the Thai above the word "Temporary Motorcycle".

In this case i would go with temporary as is written in English.

Thanks. It was brought up because in the UK, among other places, they allow foreigners to drive on foreign licenses for a time but have the stipulation it be "full and valid."
