A colleague of mine has been offered a job in Songkhla, some one has told him that if he takes it he will have to pay 40% of his salary in Thai taxes. Is this correct information

Don't know exactly how close to 40% he would be but if his declared salary is high enough 30% to mid 30's is quite common

Search on TV the basic tax tables are there
