chris2224
Hello, I have read many forums but see lots of conflicting info...totally bemused. I have a non-immigrant ED visa with Multiple entry. I need to leave Thailand for 3 weeks (for work in the UK). I leave before my 90 day stay is over. Do I need to get a re-entry permit before I leave....or do I simply leave and then return on the same visa? Thanks in advance to anyone who can offer the answer. ubonjoe
If you have a multiple entry visa you obtained from an embassy or consulate you do not need a re-entry permit. If you got an extension of stay (it is not a visa) at immigration you need a re-entry permit to keep your extension valid.
chris2224
Thank-you for the quick reply. I have a visa from Thai embassy in London....so seems like I am OK without re-entry. Thanks again.
