I'd post Pattaya questions in the Pattaya forum.

There's an excellent (but a little expensive) music school on the west side of Sukhumvit, just north of Pattaya Klang.

I'd be very careful about who you choose. There were a couple of music teachers in Pattaya in the past who were done for kiddie fiddling.
