PATTAYA:--Banglamung’s district chief green-lighted Provincial Waterworks Authority’s plans to lay new pipes connecting Plathong Spanish Place Pattaya to the main water supply to solve problems spanning two decades.

Sakchai Taengho met with condominium residents and owner Anchalee Chitpaporn of Sun Smile Resort March 7 to resolve complaints about insufficient water supplies and dodgy activities by condo staff. Anchalee said the long-running problem blocking the condo’s connection to the water district was because of the ongoing land-ownership dispute with previous owner Phalangzup Co.
