PhilsterBKK
Hi, My wife and I own a Thai corp. We are selling in a new market and and our original name is not a good match for it, but we still need it in the first market. So we cannot do a business name change, but need to add an additional name to our company. In the USA I did this before by filing a DBA (Doing Business As) form with my state government for a small fee. It was all legal and gave me an alias I could use on my checking account and post address. The Thai people I know don't have a clue about these things so I am wondering if anyone here knows if this is possible to do ? Thanks, Phil
