PATTAYA:--On Thursday Morning a shooting incident occurred in front of a Luxury House in East Pattaya, owned by a Korean Businessman, who is thought to have installed an unauthorized Guard Post at the front of his property which is also used as a branch office for his Copper Tube Business.

Police rushed to the house inside the Pattaya Thani Estate in Soi Tamnam in East Pattaya at 10am on Thursday. A Security Officer working for a company employed to deconstruct the Guard Post, was shot in his right knee and taken to Hospital.

The house owner, Mr. Hoyoung Jung aged 57 lives and works at the property and is alleged to have constructed the Guard Post, manned by an off-duty Thai Navy Officer, without the permission of the village owner.
