How bad will traffic be on the 1st day of Songkran during the early morning hours on Vibhavadi Rangsit Road from past experiences? I am coming from Pattaya and the driver suggest leaving at 1am. CP3 Posted April 11, 2014 Share Posted April 11, 2014 Normally the road condition is not bad early in the morning. If you'r taking 6am flight, probably you want to be at airport at least 1hr before.
