Any Bangkok Banks Open Songkran?

Featured Replies

Hi. Does anybody know if any Bangkok Bank branches in any of the Bangkok malls are open over Songkran? I just tried the one in Central Rama 9 and its closed until the 16th.

Cheers.

It is a public holiday

Sure, that means that the (big/major) branches are closed for sure.

Not necessarily all the banks in the shopping centres are closed.

Sorry I can not help about the question.

From the website:

Bank seven days a week

Our Microbranches open everyday. They don't close on weekends or holidays.

I can not check, because I will not leave the house before the Songkran crazyness is over (too dangerous on the roads).

Last year they had a press release that the micro branches, that is shopping malls, will be open Songkran. Can only assume the same for this year though can't find a press release.

Cheers I saw that one and hoped today would be the same. A couple of other bank branches were open but not Bangkok Bank. :(
