Shall I Now Have A Leasehold Home In Thailand ?

:o i was going to buy a three bed property in thailand now i have herd of all these new laws i feel i have no chose but to opt out of this .

The estate agent suggested buying maybe a leashold property, would it be a better option ,has anyone done this and is this a safer bet ?

please can some one aswer me ??????

Do not worry too much. You are have plenty of time to consider what is best to yourself. Many are overreacting to what is happening - and some do have a good reason to worry as well. But to take a decision before "the clouds have gone away" is to overreact. Keep cool - and there is likely to be good opportunities to come.

Nothing wromg with leasehold if the property is right, the price is right and you have a well constructed lease. Always ensure you can have a right to buy clause in it.
