JSCM2012 Posted April 23, 2014 Share Posted April 23, 2014 Sorry if this has been asked before but my wife is aapplying for naturalisation in the UK and there is a requirement to evidence proof of free from time restrictions. She has ILR but lost the confirmation letter and has no ILR stamp in her passport. She only has the biometric residence permit stating that she has ILR, it is not listed but can the residence permit card be used? Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
7by7 Posted April 24, 2014 Share Posted April 24, 2014 Logically, her biometric residence permit should suffice; but, as you say, it is not listed on page 14 of the guide! I can only suggest two things: Contact them and ask,or Complete the form and use the nationality checking service to check the application.
