You must have an open, non-judgemental type B personality. Try to understand your own weaknesses and the foibles of your own culture before you point the finger at another.

Realize that your own culture GOES CLEAR THROUGH YOU and affects you with biases and hatreds in ways you don't even recognize. Feelings and knee-jerks that are very hard to control..

Without that control, you are a slave to bigotry, xenophobia, and a lot that is wrong with human civilization.
