It is like a small self containd village. They have A Barber , small private Gym, Restaurants., etc. It is close to Big C, in Northern Pattaya. I find it has it's own charms. In the negative. It is very Blue Collar, and you have to be a little cautious at night. They have security 24 Hours for the complex. Go to the far side from the complex. Ask around for a Thai man named Big. He is a large sized Thai man, and this is what he is called. His family has a lot of rooms for rent at the Nirun. He could do you a small room with alll your requirement for probably less than the amount you mention, but that would be unfurnished. He has furnished units also.
