Fully furnished (new flatscreen TV, sofa, microwave, fridge..) 5 minutes bike ride from MRT Ratchadapisek and MRT Lad Prao Central LadPrao, Union Mall and Chatujak Park (7 minutes). Quiet area. Free car parking. Bathtub. Big rooms with balcony. CCTV. 50 mb wiffi. 7Eleven 1 minute walk. English speaking landlord. Condo prices vary from as low as 10,500 up to 20,000 baht. All condos have one room, livingroom, kitche, toilet and two balconies. We still have a condo with two rooms at 14,500 baht. Contact number 0881867944.
