Tomboy alleges sexual assault by friend-of-friend in East Pattaya

PATTAYA:--Just before daybreak on Saturday Police were called to a convenience store at the entrance to Soi Neun Plub Wan on the Sukhumvit Road where a naked Tomboy had entered the shop seeking assistance after she had been allegedly sexually assaulted in an area of woodland nearby.

Police met with the 21 year old victim who was taken back to the scene of the alleged crime in Soi Siam Country Club where items of the victim’s clothing were found and taken into evidence. The victim was then sent to Hospital for an examination which will be used as evidence.

The incident began when the victim and her friend, known as “Yu” went to a Karaoke Bar in Jomtien with a male friend of “Yu”, known only as “Na”. “Yu” left the bar before the other two and when they were ready to leave, the victim was offered an escort back to her home by “Na”.

Seems a strange protocol to take a 'naked' rape victim back to the scene of the assault, and then take her to the hospital.

IMHO, that will not reduce the sleepless nights the victim is going to endure in the near future.
