I sent in a 90 day report to Chaengwattana by post in the middle of last month. My reporting date was the 2nd of May. I still haven't got a receipt from them. Should I be worried? Or is getting the receipts back taking longer than usual? (I certainly don't want to have to visit the hell hole that is Lat Phrao again to sort things out if it can possibly be avoided.)

Thanks.

Don't feel alone, I know of several people who have been waiting since Jan for their receipts. I gave up and made my report in person.

Rubbish. I have done 2 90 day reports there and they went faster than at Chaengwattana.

I have nothing but praise for the people working there under difficult conditions yet giving a great service.

Just because it is old doesn't make it a hell hole.

Thank you for sharing your opinion, and I'm glad that you have had a couple of good experiences. My recent experience of applying for an annual extension of stay was in no way "faster than Chaengwattana". In fact it took several hours longer than normal with a great deal more stress. And in no way could the staff be described as "giving a great service". For me it was almost as bad as the bad old days at Suan Plu. If you search this forum you'll find that I'm not alone in my experiences.

I don't think you have a problem. It took them 6 weeks to get the paper back to me.

I posted to CW and it was automatically redirected to LadPhrao.

Just received the receipt in the post. 19 days. Not too bad.

Slightly irksome, they haven't returned the various photocopies supplied which they usually do.
