Any healthy breakfast in Ptt 6 am open?

Oat porridge is definitely healthy, as long as you don't overdo the sugar (real Scots will say they only salt it). Fruit salad is surely healthy, unless laden with syrup. Muesli can be healthy or not so, depending on the brand and composition.

I make my porridge at home in a bowl in the microwave in just a few seconds. Cant imagine paying for it in a restaurant as it's too easy to do.

Has the OP considered buying fresh mixed fruit salad at Tesco etc and doing it all at home?
