If I were mad enough to want to jog here I would probably do it in the park on top of Pratumnak hill near the Royal Cliff where the air is a bit fresher and cleaner.

It's the place where I run. Around big Buddha then towards the lighthouse and back through the forest. A nice place but since April it's very hot there, even before 7am sad.png

Every morning: Up 2,3, 4, Down 2,3,4. Then I do the other sock.

Best form of exercise is to be pallbearer at jogger's funeral
