PATTAYA-May 21, 2014 [PDN];-Dr.Weerawat Khakhai-deputy mayor of Pattaya- was accompanied with Pattaya senators to the construction site in Soi 4, Wat Boon Karnjanaram temple, Jomtien in order to follow and examine constructing culvert project after the people have complained that they are inconvenient to use the road which is operating the construction project.

After examination they had discussed with construction agents and the construction agents revealed that they are laying down pressure pipe and wastewater pipe 5 meters under the road. These pipes connect to wastewater treatment plant where the cleaned water will drain to Na-Jomtien canal. It’s expected that the project will be already finished in June.

Drove into soi Wat Boon today from Sukhumvit Rd and half way down the road is blocked.

Have to turn right and end up driving in to the backroads of Jomtien and eventually ended up

on Sai 2 Jomtien.

Yeh. Good idea just shut the road off mid way. No warnings No nothing.

Consideration at its' best.
