no deal Posted May 22, 2014 Share Posted May 22, 2014 hello i am married whit a thail lady for 5 years now, and currently on a marriage visa or extention, we have a baby,i have a french passport,every 90 days i have to repport to immigration,and get a new visa every year, my income is about 120000 thai bath a month,can i get a residency permit and how can apply, thank you for all your good advice! Being married and with an income such as yours you should be more or less eligible to apply for citizenship. If not you cannot apply for PR or citizenship..indeed I should have been clearer.
