What Thai Tourist Visa can I get at the Thai Consulate in Hong Kong?

Featured Replies

I am in Macau at the moment having just flown out from Bangkok this morning.

I plan to go to Hong Kong on Monday and apply for a Tourist visa but the website only has prices and details in Chinese and Thai.....

I can't find any information as to what types of Tourist Visas are available, yet they want to see a confirmed flight out of Thailand, I'm not sure how I am supposed to decide on the date of my departure from Thailand if I don't know how many days I can get a visa for.... and how does it work if I plan to pay for a visa extension once in Bangkok?

So does anyone know if the Tourist Visa is 30, 60 or ?? days?

Thanks!

A tourist visa is specifically for a sixty-day entry to Thailand, which can be extended a further thirty days once in the country.

That should be ok from Hong Kong last time there was a coup that was about the only thing being issued.

Thank you Ovenman, that was exactly what I needed to know.

Cheers!
