And the roadblock on Chaengwattana road is...

Dismantled, or still there?

I read the military was dismantling the protest sight in from of the government complex but nothing since.

Did they remove the mountains of sandbags and tires or are they still there?

i saw them on the news puting more sandbags to block some road but it may not have been the CW road

drive up after 5am and have a look

All protest areas have been cleared apparently so there should be no "protestors " left

Does this mean CW gov complex will begin operating as per normal?

Have an appointment for wife and kids to get Thai passport at Esplanade on Tue..

Hope we don't show up and find out they closed the temp office as CW is back up and operational...

Maybe on June, 2nd but not confirmed.

Since late last week, the Chaengwattana Road PDRC roadblock was removed. The overpass and road are now back to normal.

Yes, but what does it help regarding the offices.

Earliest opening date, Monday June 2nd.

See appropriate thread.

You better write on that thread then, because why should anyone on this one care? This thread is relates to only the removal of the Chaengwattana road roadblock.

Happy happy, joy joy. The best news I've had in a while. I'm almost looking forward to going back to Bangkok, just for a visit though. Thanks for the info.
