Hi all!

If I get married to my Thai girlfriend in South Africa, can I get a 12 month, multi entry non-immigrant visa? (When we return to Thailand)

You can not obtain a multi entry visa of any kind in Thailand if that is what you are asking. You should obtain the visa before you travel. So time line would be marriage, apply for visa, travel. Not all Consulates will issue a multi entry type with most preferring to provide a single entry and expecting that you will extend this inside Thailand at an immigration office with the required 400k bank account if you intend to remain in Thailand long term and support your wife here.
