Lifetime of Zone and VIELD batteries inside original and non-orignal Nintendo Wiimotes

Kept 4 Speedlink Zone batteries under test for more than one half year now ( 24h/day, 7days/week ). One of these Zone batteries experienced thermal runaway and meltdown inside an original Nintendo Wiimote. Luckily the battery cover did not catch fire. However, quite some force was required to remove the faulty battery pack from this Wiimote. All other 3 Zone batteries, placed inside non-original Nintendo relative more cheap Wiimotes, do still behave well after more than one half year. Question: was it simply a faulty Zone battery pack or do these Zone packs behave differently inside original Nintendo Wiimotes ? Somebody present here who may have experienced simular results in the past ?

Was told by the shop repair service the warranty period of their Zone induction batteries lasts 2 years, BUT their expected lifetime of these Zone batteries was said to be much less, approximately one half year. Does that make sense ? Somebody has had simular experiences in the past ?

Question: VIELD induction batteries can be properly charged with a ZONE induction charger ? OR do incompatible differences exist between the generated electromagnetic fields produced by Speedlink Zone and VIELD induction chargers ? In all honesty I did not know until yesterday those two types of chargers existed because these battery packs look quite simular on the outside ...

TIA for answers, Jac.
