Hello Everyone,

I am entitled to a single entry Non-O based on having a Thai child.

My questions are;

Is there an indefinite amount of single entry Non-O visas one can receive?

I understand that I could get a 60 day extension of stay once the single entry ends, but is it possible to continue receiving 60 day extensions of stay indefinitely or would I have to get a new single entry Non-O again?

Also, would I be able to get a year extension of stay after the 60 day extension ends?

As always, all replies will be much appreciated

You can only get one 60 day extension per entry. You will have to leave the country when the 60 day extension ends for a new entry.

I assume you are not married to to your child's mother. If you were to have your parenthood legitimized you could get a one year extension.
