PHUKET: A family got the scare of their lives when a three-metre-long python showed up at the front door of their home while watching the Brazil-Colombia football match at 3am this morning (July 5).

Family members say they thought they heard someone walking near the front of the house.

Raumjai Foundation authorities were called in to retrieve the animal and took it to the Chaofah Garden Home in Chalong this afternoon. The snake is expected to be released back into the wild.

I think you Do not want to get bitten, most painful!

I would have been screaming like a 6 year old girl.. laugh.png I am really surprised they didn't kill it. Kudo's to them..

They took the picture too early. The guy in the middle wanted to touch the python too.....

They thought they heard something "walking" outside the house,,, was the snake wearing his Dr Martins? He should of worn his hush puppies,, silly snake.

They may have got the fright of their live hearing the snake walking but they seem quite happy to grab hold of it for photo..

Hope they let it go and gave him his shoes back..
